{"id":5479,"date":"2026-07-13T08:18:02","date_gmt":"2026-07-13T06:18:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/splaboratorija.rs\/?p=5479"},"modified":"2026-07-13T08:24:40","modified_gmt":"2026-07-13T06:24:40","slug":"new-accredited-analyses","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/splaboratorija.rs\/en\/2026\/07\/13\/new-accredited-analyses\/","title":{"rendered":"NEW ACCREDITED ANALYSES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We inform you that a new scope of accreditation has been published, which includes new food tests:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Determination of 2-MCPD, 3-MCPD and glycidol<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In vegetable oils, fats and fish oil, the method for determining process contaminants 2-monochloropropane-1,3-diol (2-MCPD), 3-monochloropropane-1,2-diol (3-MCPD) and glycidol is accredited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Determination of vitamins B3, B5, B7 and B9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In cereal samples and their products, as well as in milk and milk products, we are now testing the following vitamins using an accredited method:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>B3 (niacin)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>B5 (pantothenic acid)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>B7 (biotin or vitamin H)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>B9 (folic acid)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the field of dietary supplements, the determination of vitamins B3, B5, B7 and B9 is accredited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otherwise, in food (which includes aforementioned matrices too) and animal feed, the laboratory has been determining vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, D, A, E for many years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Allergen mustard &#8211; included large number of food matrices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The accredited area of determinination the allergen mustard has been extended to additional types of food products.
