SP Laboratory is equipped with modern equipment, smoking machine RM20H with CO / CO2 module manufactured by Borgwaldt, for collecting tobacco smoke and determining the content of carbon monoxide in cigarettes, as a product of the tobacco industry, by a method that is accredited.

In addition, the accredited method determines the nicotine content in the smoke condensate, using gas chromatography with a flame ionization detector (GC / FID), and the calculated value for tar (dry matter without nicotine NFDPM).
