Turnaround time
The standard duration of analysis is from 3 to 5 working days, depending on the type of test. There is a possibility for certain analyzes such as testing for pesticide residues, mycotoxins, acrylamide, heavy metals, part of microbiological tests be performed within 24h or 48h from the arrival of the sample to the laboratory, and such tests are available by prior agreement.
Reporting the results
Reports verified by our professional staff are obtained after the analysis are completed.
Working hours
The working hours of the customer service are every working day from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Samples can be received from 07:00 to 22:00 every working day and from 07:00 to 14:00 on Saturdays. If necessary, the reception of samples is also possible outside of working hours.
Information about couriers
SP Laboratorija has equipped the samplers with the most modern equipment and branched out the network of samplers throughout Serbia, with the establishment of a system of fast and efficient delivery of samples to Bečej. The samples are delivered by vehicles equipped with a cooling system with a two-stage temperature regime (+4°C and/or -18°C), which ensure complete preservation of the composition and quality of the samples and their protection from external influences.
