SP Laboratorija became a part of J.S. Hamilton Group, Poland
GAFTA and then FOSFA approved laboratory. Also in the same year, SP Laboratorija was authorized by a competition of the Veterinary Directorate for laboratory testing in the field of safety and quality of food of animal origin and animal feed during production, processing and trade, including import.

Since 2005 SP Laboratorija operates independently, as a joint stock company, in the same year authorized by the Ministry of Agriculture for GMO testing
In 2002, the Sojaprotein factory was privatized by the Victoria Group, and the new owners recognized the potential of the laboratory
Since 2001, it has been accredited for food and feed testing in accordance with ISO 17025 General Competency Requirements for testing laboratories and calibration laboratories - one of the first accredited laboratories in the country. Accreditation number 01-018
SP Laboratorija was founded in 1983, as a laboratory within Sojaprotein, a soya processing factory
